Wake up feeling overwhelmed w impulsitivity.
I felt like I wanted to scream, at the top of
my lungs. Idk why I feel this way. I woke up
this way.I took a small, short lived walk.Not
much help. Idid NOT SI. I been manic
alot more than usual lately. have not crashed,
No real depression . gonna call my pdoc tom.

It's great that you managed to not SI. Are you able to scream? Find somewhere isolated, or even just into your pillow? It sounds weird but it can sometimes help to get the emotions out

Calling your pdoc also sounds like a great idea.
