Do you guys actually remember the exact number of days since you last hurt yourself? I can never remember unless it was very recent. Just curious.

No, not often. If T asks me about it, I think back to what I was doing or where I was when I last did it and then the surrounding events or after events and count backwards from there.

I can't remember what I had for breakfast this morning... I'm lucky if I remember my name. I think i SI'ed last week. Maybe. I seriously have no idea. I just kinda guess based on how fresh the injuries look.

I should add the only way I remembered it was because of the hospital. Usually I have to remember something that happened around that time. No way I know the exact time. I think often I am too emotional to recall anything.

The last time I hurt myself was on September 29, 1998. I cannot forget because that was the lowest point of my existence so far.

Welp. Yesterday at around 9:30pm. And then this morning at 3am. Most definitely not my proudest moment since I haven't SI-ed since junior high sometime.
