I have something sort of like that, just like a list my therapist and I made. It has things like breathing exercises, stretches, distractions (like music, movies, writing, taking a hot bath) etc. She made me create a bag where I fill it with ideas and when I get stressed/angry/upset/feel like self harming I pull one of the cards/papers and do what is on it, it seems to have helped.
