Hello
I have been a self-harmer for about a year and I have tried to stop myself from cutting myself...and i went clean. Here's what I noticed. The real battle comes in when I feel the need or urge to cut. I often feel like I'm going crazy or upset or angry when I didn't cut and when I need to do so... Does anyone feels or experiences this way too?

xoxo,
Grace Koh Wan Ying

Yes, definitely. It can play on your emotions and often the negative feelings and urges can get a lot worse when you first stop. They aren't easy to overcome but in time with the right supports and determination it is possible.
