i want to cut, i want to cut, i want to cut. I feel like crap. I am crap. I want to feel the 5 minutes of pure releif from cutting. This must be what hell is like. torchor after torchor after torchor

Just try to hang in there. Do something distracting. Call someone on the phone. Draw. Watch TV. Write in a journal. Use an ice cube. Take a shower.

Go to http://www.selfinjury.org/docs/selfhelp.html . Scroll down a little and it has lists of things to do instead categorized by what you are feeling.

And you are important, not junk
