i have an urge to cutt right now.. i dont feel depressed or aything.. why do i still get these urges? blah

(((hugs))) Yes, urges. That's all they are right now... unless you DO something. .. they are just thoughts and stuff showing up and feeling as a desire... but not acting upon them is 'all' you have to do... distract yourself somehow.
