I went to the minor injuries unit the first time I thought I needed treatment, was terrified but she treated me really well. Talked to me lots and was supportive, wanted to know if I wanted to talk to the crisis team and kept making sure I was going to be ok. It was fairly similar when I had to go to A&E due to it being too late. Maybe not as much time for me but they also offered for me to talk with someone if I wanted it. By then it was about 4am and I just wanted to go home and sleep! Both times I never felt judged which was good as that was always my concern. I hope this helps
