I had done well. Over a year without a cut, but last wednesday I had a mini breakdown. I thought for sure my wife was leaving me that she couldn't live with all my crazy. So crying I cut 6 slices barely more than paper cuts by my standards. It was just a release a physical reason for my pain. I'm not proud but I do forgive myself. Everyone slips up now and then, but you have to forgive yourself because you are only human.

I am sorry that you are struggling so much that it forced you to slip up. but you kept yourself from doing it for a long time and you can do that again. I am glad that you were able to forgive yourself. that is important. take care.

Slip-ups are tough, so I'm sorry to hear about that! You sound like you have a good attitude about it though. I hope you're doing better now, and that everything turned out all right with your wife.

Yeah kind of. She misunderstood something that I said. She completely took it the wrong way. I tried to explain it, but it wasn't working. Which frustrated and made me react badly, but after she came back I tried again. She kind of understands now. I think thats the best i'm going to get for now.

That's good things are on better terms now, if only a little bit better.

How are you feeling today?

I'm doing good, I guess. I'm hopeful that my new med works, but I'm apprehensive about how my wife and I are doing. I question everyday if we are ok. Something that drives my wife crazy. I can't help it though.
