was going to try to stop, but i just couldn't. caved, now want more. this is why I was supposed to stop... but... ugh... mad at myself, but also relieved, and more anxious all at once...

Feel free to message me for help, But go talk to someone you trust Anyone, Write some poetry...They say you think positive act positive you will eventually feel positive (i dont quite think it works but hey worth a shot) Take a walk, just try to relax but don't bury yourself in your room all alone or anything like that...I know its hard to stop im going threw it now helping others makes myself feel better, So i suggest you want to stop throw away all lades or anything you use or give them to a trusted friend...A friend helps but you do also need family on your side open up if you can...I love you be safe and message me for a chat

thanks Kali & TheTurtleLives. I ended up contacting a crisis chat, and it helped in the moment. Hoping to be able to get some sleep tonight. If it's still bad tomorrow, might call my therapist... really need to keep reminding myself of the consequences so I can keep it in check.
