Cutting isn't who i am but it is a apart of me. Sometimes i go days without it or even months. I tried to stop and i did. But honestly, i don't want to anymore. I like cutting myself. I like looking them and feeling and watching the blood flow. I guess i'm weird. THAT'S JUST WHO I AM.

You're not weird and that's not who you are. You are not self injury. You're a human being and you are you. Your illnesses do not define you.

Hi, Lovelybrain. I know cutting feels good, but you know that's not a good thing to do. It might be a part of you now, but that doesn't always have to be the case. How about reading the stickies at the top of the thread about what else to do, etc.?
