I keep getting the urge to cut my face. I don't know why. I can resist for now. But I am scared that I will lose it and attack my face. I can't hide that.

secretwhisper, are you in touch with a professional? I think you need to let one know. No, you don't want to hurt your face.

Please try to get busy and get your mind on other things. Post here about things you are upset about, etc. Okay?

do you know (or have an idea) of what is bringing on the urge to hurt your face? as you said, it's nearly impossible to hide... but it also could have a lot of symbolic meaning... talking to your t about it is a good idea.
