It's okay, you'll be fine.
Keep calm, deep breaths. Can you do something you enjoy? Nice walk, warm bath, watch a funny show on tv? Your doc can pop another one in if you want to, and list of people do actually pull them out by mistake. Just one step at a time. Hugs if you want them xxxx |
