my bad days are getting less frequent, but i cut again yesterday. i actually dont even know why. its like i have so much running through my head and i dunno what to do. like im completly stressed out, and tired, and scared about college and stuff, and sometimes i feel really insecure. but other days im fine. the bad days i either feel tons of emotions or i feel nothing. and thats when i cut. or cry. i dont want to have scars all over me, but sometimes i dont even realize when im doing it.

College and other stuff can really stress a person out, and yeah it can lead to SI. I'm sorry you're not doing so well at the moment. Take it a day at a time okay? Do you have anyone you can talk to or call when you think you might cut?

meh =/ Try to take care of yourself.
