I used to self harm when I was a teen. Now I just self harm internally (by taking diet pills). My body is destroyed. My metabolism
Is destroyed. I do have a heart problems that moone knows about. All these things I can't take back. What's the point of trying to quit if it sucks already? If it's already destroyed? Why don't I just let it kill me.

Hi Tangerine! I'm so sorry you're feeling so badly. What are the diet pills you're using? Does a doctor know about them? When did you have your heart checked last? You're not alone here.

Is there any basis for taking them anymore or is it just for the self injury? I'm sorry I'm asking all these questions. I'm just hoping you'll feel free to talk more about this. I hate for you to be harming yourself at this level! Please let your doctor know.
