I did good over a year no SI but that went to hell last night. I needed control of something. It's done with, now to deal with the fallout. Depression is starting to bury me in the hole I dug this time. I'm tired. My spouse was talking about calling my psychiatrist last night. I did not sleep well. Bible study today so have to appear ok.

everybody slips on occasion. don't beat yourself up about it. you don't have to pretend you are ok. you are ok. you just had a weak moment. that is over and past now. you can go back to doing the things you have been doing to be successful in the past year.

I agree with Kaliope. Use your knowledge of the Bible and apply it to your life.... NOBODY is perfect and forgiveness is freely given. Accept it. You deserve it.

Saw my new therapist yesterday. I told her about it and she didn't judge or anything like I thought she would.
