I went into the bathroom and I wanted to split it with my head. I feel crazy. This isn't the first time. An I,pulse kind of thing.

 im so sorry you felt that way, its so excruciating when you have strong urges. Try to keep up with distractions. I find PC is a good distraction from SI.
