I have been doing really well, have not cut in a long time.
Today, I am having horrible urges. My life feels out of control.
I feel so blah. Nothing makes me happy, nothing affects me at all.
I just want to feel something, if I cut, I will at least feel like I m alive.

If you don't then you become stronger, just a thought.
Thanks for this!

Im glad to hear that you've been doing well, you must be doing something right!! I often cut when I a feeling numb. Holding ice, putting my hand in a bucket of cold ice or taking a cold shower has helped me before. Maybe eating something spicy or really sweet would help to feel something. I have also tried to change how I feel by wrapping myself in a warm blanket! I have to remind myself sometimes that urges only last a few minutes too so if I can just ride out the waves I will be ok and stronger for it. Keep your head up, sometimes it's one minute at a time but I know you are strong enough to get through this!
