Hi Fuzzy,
"But no it isn't me who is a "coward" it's those who abused me......" very, very, very true!!!!
I'm sorry you're having such a hard time right now, but don't forget how strong you actually are, you can make it through this. And we're right here for you in that battle, you are not alone

Lovely indeed are these little shards, glinting and dancing away from the scars.
Illuminating all, that is around. Your little shards, keep you safe and sound.
Little and fragile, though they may be. Never will only, one be seen.

Forlorn and lost, seeking connection. Your little shards are in need of direction.
Unbearably consuming, these pains will be. But take a moment and look, and see.
Zealously floating, all around. Here in this place, many shards can be found.
Your little shards, have nothing to fear. Not in this place, where we hold you dear.

Beautiful is, every single shard. No matter the method from which it was carved.
Endured we have, far more than seen. Our little shards, are how we were freed.
Alluring as, the pain can be. Nothing compares to the pain unseen.
Return to us now, FuzzyBear. And know in your heart, that we all care.

I am sorry for your pain FuzzyBear. May you find solace here in this place.
Please know in your heart, that the shards that comprise us are now and forever will be far stronger and more beautiful that the entirety of those that created us!
