why should i bother caring? i am not worth anything, just need tears, want crimson tears as I cant find any normal tears. i just want to hurt, i deserve the pain, the hurt, i just dont care about me anymore

Sorry hon..... I relate too much of the time
 I think these are old tapes but the pain is so real it's so hard to "stop" the thoughts and feelings and need to punish ourselves Stay strong

I can relate, I honestly can. It hurts so much sometimes that it doesn't seem worth it to try and stop. Can you care about yourself if someone else cares about you? We all care about you here. Please try to be good to you. Talk here instead, please try.
