I think I've reached that moment in my self harm years where cutting doesn't do much for me anymore. I've been cutting for a little over 6 years.

It stopped helping me as well so I turned to another addiction... Instead live life to the fullest!

If it doesn't help, can you stop in a healthy way? Much easier said than done, I know, but we do have choices, even if they're so hard for us to stick to.
