I have an appointment on Thursday with my doctor because of my anxiety. I need him to bump up the dosage. I went six months without cutting myself. I cut myself on Monday due to the stress of a 3 day severe anxiety attack. Should I mention that part to him.

Probably. How else are they really going to help if you keep it from them. They may have an idea how to help u better if u confide in them.

Sorry this is some time after your appointment, did you have the courage to tell your doctor and was h/she able to help?
