My problems are really stupidand the dumbest things can set me off but holy **** I can't. I want professional help so much because I shouldn't feel this way, and shouldn't want to hurt myself at dumb things I just hate it

(((trashking))) I hope you will seek and receive professional help for your self harming. You said you want professional help. That shows very good insight on your part. You have something deeper going on that's triggering these desires.

Seeking out professional help can be really beneficial. The fact that you want to get some professional help is great. There are some people that have a lot of emotions that prevent them from seeking out professional help. Maybe you could take some steps in order to see a profession. Identify if you want to see a counselor or a psychiatrist and then look into people in your area that you would be willing to take. When you feel ready you can make the calls necessary to get in with the professional.

I hope that this helped and if you ever want to talk feel free to message me.

You always feel what you feel for a reason, not necessarily the trigger reason. It's never dumb! I know I always call myself a Wimp but really to survive with mental health issues takes more strength than anyone not living with it can understand. I hope you get the help you want, need and deserve. Be kind to yourself as best as you can.
