soooooo sick of being asked why do you si . does anyone have a singular reason ?. i know that i have many reasons and sometimes i can identify contributing factors and sometimes not. I also know that i should stop for a while to heal as i am so sore but try telling my head that ! i cant now and no i dont know why!!!!
