Am I the only one here who really doesn't want to stop cutting?

I don't want to stop. It feels too good. Until the next day when I feel ashamed and annoyed and keeping it hidden.
Thanks for this!

Hi broken_one,

I'm sure you're not the only one! Self injury is an addictive behaviour and many people have an ambivalent attitude to it. It is, however only a short term strategy and will turn around and bite once you have befriended it.

I'm working hard to try to quit myself, but the part of me that wants to do it is probably my biggest enemy.

I wish you all the best for the future as you live the best way you can with the resources you have.
Thanks for this!
