Depression amongst other things are clouding your vision about yourself .. don't believe what it says, its lies. Thanks for replying Direction and Jacq, it helps to know some people care when I feel like the worst person in the world and the dark thoughts are playing tricks with me

I am very sorry that you are struggling at this time. For every negative thought you are having write down something positive that you know is true and that way perhaps you can find a better balance when the negative thoughts begin. Just be realistic in your writing to help yourself see that you are worthy and deserving of the good things that happen in your life. I hope the best for you ((((((((FUZZY))))))). soidhonia
