-becasue every time you go BACK to cutting, it is HARDER to stop yourself the other time! and then you really returrn to the place you were when you were cutting and you have to over come again.
and if you were able to do it untill now, you can do it afterwatds too!

keep it up! you are doing great tyring to handle things!
