My SH urges lately have been getting worse, and I'm really having a hard time with not acting on them. I have a vacation planned in less than 2 weeks, and I'm trying my hardest to not give in to the more serious SH urges. But I'm still really worried, and I'm not sure what to do to get through these next 2 weeks.

Trying to hang in there the past few days. I've mostly picked at old places instead of cutting, but have cut the other day.

Going to the doctor's tomorrow afternoon to have a look at the places I've been messing with. Think one might be infected and 1 is pretty deep.
Just feeling like scum today. |

I went in this afternoon to have them checked out. The doctor I seen was pretty nice about it, until she had another doctor come in to check them out.
Rude, ignorant doctor!!  Told me that I needed to stop, and asked if I wanted surgery to get a break?!? Kept telling me that's what was going to happen if I kept opening them because they were going to get infected internally. I told her that I actually try to keep them clean to prevent that from happening. I need to find a new doctor's office. |
