I've been down the apathetic road before as well and know what you mean. I wish there was something I could do to help you with this, but I know that when lack of care strikes, it can take hold like a vice grip.

One thing I hope you do remember, hun, is that there are folks out there who do care even if you don't right now.

*hugs*

The very fact that your mind knows this is a good thing. Although the apathy may not allow the knowledge to completely filter through, it will at least stay at the back of your mind ready to come forward.

I'm sorry you are going through such a tough time right now, hun. I know that apathy and depression are very bad company who like to whisper dark nothings to distract.

*hugs you again*

Hello,

You might not be doing it badly right now and it seem to you like its not really frightening. But as you do it often, it will get worse. Maybe you can try to stop it now while its not that bad yet.

Your mind won't accept that bluequeen isn't right but you know she's right. Well, focus hard on accepting it in your mind. Motivate yourself to stop it. Please, if you don't care, we do. We'd like to help each other here, right? So be positive and keep yourself motivated not to cut yourself anymore.

*hugs*
