Tough question. You sit, stand the opposite of yourself, you're still you, one and the same, you behave the way you do.

People often talk about avoiding triggers, does it work all the time for everyone? Of course not.

You wanna action plan, I guess that's a good start. A compassionate action, a compassionate person seem very human, I'm suggesting that going with your own flow is maybe another way to go. Nature walk? If I could afford it, I'd go into the nature in search of tranquility, to restore the equilibrium of my own mind.
