I talked to a crisis. Worker yesterday and I may have mentioned. Part of this already but. He started. Off really. Rude he was like what brings you here today and I'm like explaining how I cut myself. Cause I couldn't connect to a crisis network and for awhile there's this long pause and then he's like I'm still waiting for you to tell me what you want.and so I told I wanted someone to talk to and he was.being a jerk. So he apologized and said his computer. Was slow(we were texting)and after it was nice he told me about. The butterfly. Project. Which I kind of knew about you draw a butterfly on your arm and the object is you can't cut the. Butterfly or you kill it what I.didn't. Know is your. Also supposed to name the Butterfly after a support person which since I was told it didn't matter who you named it after.I named it copperbolt after my two hamsters that passed away when I was young

theb utterfly project never worked for me.

my problem was trying to think of someone who actually was a support person, (that's how many people i have).

i eventually chose laura, but sadly she died in reality- and theb utterfly didn't even survive a day

My current T introduced me to the butterfly project and I thought it was silly at first. I think I would have liked it if I was younger, but I am in therapy and I should at least try something out before telling t its ****. Anyways, I modified it. Instead of naming it and all that jazz I juts enjoyed drawing on myself and that was enough to calm me down.
