please try to resist burning.......if you've never burned yourself, burning hurts really bad!!! for days!!!! i have a burn right now that i'm trying hard not to let get infected....burns are brutal

to answer your question - no, your not sick for wanting to do that...you may be hurting though

have you self injured before?

please be safe!!!!!

i do hope you choose NOT to burn yourself!!! trust me ~ it doesn't stop hurting after you burn....it will go on hurting for hours or days depending on the severity.

please do NOT burn yourself

the difference between cutting and burning is that with cutting you can basically gauge, as you go, how severe the wound will be. if you burn - it is MUCH harder to tell!!!! and accidentally doing serious damage is MUCH easier!!!!

please do NOT burn yourself

i know what its like to have your mind telling you to do something you know you shouldn't. it's hard to resist - but please try!

take care of yourself and be gentle!!!! you are a special wonderful person!!!! you don't deserve to be hurting!!!!

please, please PLEASE try to resist this urge. Apart from all that gostryter has said I just wanted to add that the scars from burns (imo) are far worse than from cutting- burns go thru several layers of skin making 3rd degree burns hard to avoid, and whereas the 'cutting' scars have mostly faded and gone white my burn scars are unsightly, big and do get easily infected. Nerve damage also occurs easily because of the thickness of the burn.
I hope you are feeling a little bit better, and that the urge to hurt yourself eases. Please keep safe.
