I havent cut in two weeks and i just got out of the hospital. My friends are relying on me to be the strong one out of the three of us but yet i want to cut. Im really needing the relief because i got a bunch of crazy senarios running through my head. Like i cant even get my thoughs straight right now. I just cant think right now.

I have never had these thoughts so I really don't advice for you. 😖. Maybe if you post here what it is that is making you feel that way and let PC be your support system you will feel a little better. (((Hugs))), hope you feel better soon.

Hello jman197: You mentioned you just got out of the hospital. I don't know if you were on a psych ward, or if you were hospitalized for something else. If you were on a pysch ward one thing I can say, from personal experience, is that those first few days / weeks following discharge can be tough.

Both times I've been hospitalized, I simply went home to stew in my own juice, so to speak. The first time around, I did after a few days make arrangements to participate in a partial hospital program. It helped. I don't know as I learned anything particularly new-&-different. But it gave me something to do & somewhere to go, with others who were having similar problems. So my thinking here would be, if at all possible, see if there's any way you can arrange to get into something that will help to take your mind off of your current circumstances. I wish you well...
