I understand the struggle of are going through.
Cutting is a very visceral action. Is there anything else hard and physical that you can do that is less damaging. I sometimes go for a really long hard run. That is a similar feeling of pain and it releases the endorphins. I know it doesn't let blood flow but I cannot recommend anything that does that.
