So ive been punching myself. In the face these last couple days my face around one eye is a bit swollen.i emailed my counselor for monday i was just wondering im not suicidal in fact did this to prevent me from having those thoughts so can they still put me in a institution for self harm

Do you have anyone around you? Talk to them until you get to your counselor's office.
