0. i think if i only do it every now, and again, like on small line, and not go overboard should be ok. i mean like its part of my identity and without it, i honestly dont know who i am anymore. dont really have any urges not do i need it to survive anymore, its just a part of my very existence

0 i guess but for a weird reason. i was reading through messages and i felt a ling of lonliness since everyone is talkingn about romances and love and crap. so i grabbed my trusted tool but after i felt even more lonely. its was just really weird i played on a useless emotion

1 day :/ It had been a year or maybe even longer. I'm done with it though, all the negative crap. Have to cope in a healthy way
