To what extent (if any) does being unkind to yourself, choosing things that you don't enjoy, helps you stay away from intentional physical self-injury?
Thanks, I'm happily healing very quickly. I guess really the only thing that these things have done to keep me from intentional SI is just keeping me too tired to do anything. I'm sure I've mentioned here before that I typically SI in the morning, but lately I've been taking a medication that makes me so tired I can barely get ready for work when I wake up, much less have time to SI.
