Well so much for this month. I just don't see these cutting binges coming until it's too late. but it seems that the longer i forego them, the more they are when when it does eventually happen.

Hey, you tried. Sometimes that's all we can do. Now that you know your pattern, it's just the point of trying to forego SIng for a longer period of time. Take care of yourself.
