I am having problems with a family member. They make me want to hurt myself. I am so weak.

I'm sorry you are struggling @mountainstream do you think there is some self care you can do? Can you think of something fun you can do? Go for a walk, pet a dog, watch cat videos on youtube, draw some flowers, etc. I hope you feel better soon. It may be necessary to distance yourself from that family member for a little while. IDK the situation so I can't say for sure. HUGS Kit

Family can be very hard to deal with I'm sure many people here would be able to relate.
Try and get as much time as you can on your own, or with family you do like, doing things you enjoy.
