It's been 5 days so far! The hardest part for me right now is to not consciously pick at my arm.

I'm going by the standards that the DBT group leader went by for what is self harm at the moment. Tissue trauma. Sofi I actually cut or bang my head. I did punch my leg unconsciously on Friday, but there wasn't a bruise so it didn't fit into tissue trauma, plus I didn't consciously do it.

I've slipped back into the trichotillomania now too... I haven't done that regularly since back in high school. Already starting to get a small spot. Been c***ing too. Zero days right now.

I think it is mainly stress and it's easier and more readily available than other methods. A lot has been going on for me. I basically lost the one person IRL that I could go to with anything, at least for a while. So now, until i figure out who else is safe to talk to, I'm alone with my head.

I think upping my meds helped ease the depression and made the feelings go away. But when I got the urge I kept myself busy.

15 days. My girlfriend is moving in on Sunday. And I know I won’t do it around her, in fact I am thinking of getting rid of my blades. I might finally be done with this. I hope so.
