Day 10 today. I'm under contract until Saturday so I should be able to make it until then. That would be 14 days. Regular T will probably ask me to extend the contract. As long as we are only doing one week at a time it shouldn't be too bad. I hope.

I completely quit the physical SH, but let’s be honest, I’m self medicating...but thank God for what I’m using because it’s helping, as long as it is in my system and not wearing off.

Normally, it helps to do some exercise, but lately it isn't working. Besides, I can't go out at night. I need to look for some new ways to distract myself.
