I haven't felt depressed in 2 years, but I'm feeling suicidal over a small thing. I feel like jumping in front of a car. I cried this morning thinking about my parents getting a phone call that I'd died. I have a sister and a niece, I don't want to do that to them, but I don't trust myself not to. I am in a very dangerous state right now and I do not trust myself.

Please reach out, in real life, for the help you need. Suicidal thinking is nothing to mess around with. I know... I've been there.

So sorry you are having this reaction. Do you have anyone in real life you can talk to? I've called the suicide crisis line before and it has helped.
