Correction, you are hurting! There's a huge difference.

NOT DISGUSTING. Hurting, yes. Wanting help and support, yes. But you're not at all bad. You're in a bad spot, and it's okay. It doesn't feel good, but you'll get through it.

You can do this. Just focus on what needs to be done at your internship, and try not to associate you feeling down with your work. This too is a learning process...
Gentle hugs

Therapists have issues too. It sounds like you are being able to recognize yours and not let them interfere with your work. That is not being a hypocrite that is being a good thereapist. Please try to not be so hard on yourself.

Therapists have their own issues. It's weird to call it this, but this is just a learning experience. You're learning to help yourself, and that's going to help you when you help others. Just keep plodding along, I KNOW you can do it.

If it helps any, I seem to see myself as a hypocrite a lot - especially when it comes to helping friends who have the same problems as me - including depression and SIng. It's different looking at it (depression and SIng) from your perspective, and then trying to see it as something someone else is experiencing.

(Hope that makes sense, it's early and my brain isn't awake yet).

Take care of yourself (((((((((pinksoil))))))))) you are SO appreciated here, you have no idea.

from all I've read about your T, you two have a good relationship. You're trying, that's what matters. Ask him for more help if you need it, or call him or leave him messages. He's there to help. We're here to listen whenever you need it.
