So I have a new T. Shes cool. Only the second one I have ever had thats cool. The rest kind of stunk. Anyway she suggested lipstick and ice cubes on my wrist instead of cutting. Not working. Any other suggestions?

Have you ever tried snapping a rubber band or hair band on your wrist? Its works better than ice for me, but still not the best...

Never tried lipstick, but I found drawing really intricate geometric patterns on my arm with a pen, instead of cutting them, helped me to stop.
