I used to cut multiple times a day for a month and now that I'm trying to quit even though I'm getting I still self harm multiple times a month; my longest time between self harming being two weeks and improving.
It's mostly so I know when to go to a hospital or in person therapy; I'm in online therapy with no diagnosis for anything even though I have a good idea on what is wrong.

It's good you are trying to stop self injuring. That's great. Its not uncommon for relapse and it's good that you can see progress between bouts of self harm. I don't know if there is a particular number of times that is too often when trying to quit. Try to be gentle with yourself. ((Hugs))
Thanks for this!
