I used to cut multiple times a day for a month and now that I'm trying to quit even though I'm getting I still self harm multiple times a month; my longest time between self harming being two weeks and improving.
It's mostly so I know when to go to a hospital or in person therapy; I'm in online therapy with no diagnosis for anything even though I have a good idea on what is wrong. |

It's good you are trying to stop self injuring. That's great. Its not uncommon for relapse and it's good that you can see progress between bouts of self harm. I don't know if there is a particular number of times that is too often when trying to quit. Try to be gentle with yourself. ((Hugs))
