Struggling a bit today. Want to give in to the urges. Trying to "ride the wave" and get distracted and know that this will pass. I'm trying to self soothe, which is hard at work....but I'm still trying. Breathe. Breathe.

Sorry today has been tough. Hope you've been able to get through the urges. I don't usually post here. I recently si'd 3 weeks ago(have managed not to do it again since) after 5 years si free. The first 2 weeks after the relapse...the urges were sooooo hard to get through.

I'm sorry it is becoming more of a struggle as time goes on. I know you can do it. It's not easy but I can tell you it is absolutely worth it.

I'm kind of triggered today. Not feeling cared about. It's making it hard to not SH. But when I was having the urges the other day, and I didn't give into them, I was glad of that. So I'm really trying to remind myself of that and not give into them! It's soooo hard though.
