JUST ONE CUT, THAT IS ALL IT WOULD TAKE TO EASE THE PAIN--TO FEEL RELIEF FOR AT LEAST THE MOMENT. THIS FIGHT IS PULLING ME FARTHER AWAY IN MY MIND. I KNOW IT WILL NOT SOLVE BUT I NEED IT TO STOP IF ONLY FOR THE MOMENT. AS TEARS ROLL DOWN MY FACE, I WONDER IF THERE IS SOMETHING IN MY CAR THAT I CAN USE. BUT THEN AGAIN, I AM SCARED TO GO OUT IN THE DARK TO LOOK. I JUST NEED TO FEEL THE PAIN GO FOR AWHILE--JUST FOR AWHILE. SOMETIMES IT GETS TOO HEAVY TO CARRY, I JUST NEED TO FEEL THAT RUSH OF THE MOMENT, THAT STING OF WHAT WOULD BE MY FAULT, AND THAT BURNING TO REMIND ME WHAT I HAVE DONE. AS I FIGHT THIS FEELING, I AM RUNNING SOMEWHERE IN MY MIND.

I am sorry you are in such pain. I hope you were able to resist cutting but I know how strong the urge can be. Please know I am here.
