pheonixashes....great job on the few years. That's a great accomplishment, and super awesome self care. Congrats. I'm sorry that you recently cut yourself, it does tend to open pandora's box doesn't it?!! The urges can be intense but try to "ride the wave" and soon you will be back on the path of not hurting yourself. You must have learned some coping skills along the way, pull out your toolbox.
