It might not be much, but it surprised me. Right before I fell asleep last night, I all of a sudden got the urge to cut. Well instead of laying there, letting it bug me until I actually would cut, I thought that I'd write down what I was thinking about at the time so I could fill my T in on what may possibly going on in my head to trigger me. When I sat down at my desk, I saw a marker. I never thought that drawing where you want to cut would work, but it did!! That gave me some time to backtrack a little. So now I'm so happy, I made it through the night with no cuts and I have my little time line to help out my T. Well, just thought I'd say something. I think that deserves a pat on the back. (((((hugs)))))
