I keep cutting deeper and deeper as time goes on. If I don’t cut deep enough, I feel like it doesn’t count, and I have to do it again. If I can’t see the fat layer it isn’t deep enough. There are more and more times I need stitches, but won’t go to the Er because they will keep me overnight until I can lie to the psychiatrist and convince them I’m fine.

I'm sorry you are having such a difficult time. It doesn't sound to me as though you are fine. So I hope that, in some way, you can find the strength to do what you need to do to get the help you need. Please take care...

HUGS, I am sorry you are struggling so much. Do you have anyone in your life you can talk to? A friend, a family member, a therapist, a clergyman? HUGS. Please keep taking here if it helps. Take care, Kit
